Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: West Area, Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month
Reporting to: HR Manager
About the Role
We are representing our client, a well-established multinational organization in the engineering and testing services sector, in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment activities across Singapore, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, provide market insights, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively identify and engage potential talents through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the organization's talent attraction efforts.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.
Collaborate with HR team members to support onboarding activities and manpower planning exercises.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal policies and local employment laws.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or professional services industries.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools.
