Accountable for overall Tableau support delivery for the client\'s project.
Understand and follow the company and the client\'s governance policies.
Manage and drive all the client meetings independently.
Provide regular and proactive status reports to the client on Tableau tickets.
Work with junior resources in the team and ensure all Tableau support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality.
Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Tableau vendor and infrastructure teams to resolve the application issues.
Manage and guide junior resources.
Maintain runbooks/standard operating guides and manuals for Tableau.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent.
More than 6 years of experience in below:
Tableau Admin Support skill set
Experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and reports
Experience in Tableau administration, installation, and configuration tasks
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView
Experience in managing Tableau server set-ups and upgrades
Good understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
Experience in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
