We are delighted to be partnering with a well-loved Singaporean household name on a newly created Senior Talent Acquisition Manager opportunity. As part of a bustling sector that ensures the importance of accessibility and reliability, the business continue to innovate and adapt whilst ensuring that collaboration and innovation are at the center of their day-to-day.Your role will lead a team of 4 experienced recruiters whilst being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and leadership hiring. Whilst being responsible for team management responsibilities, you\xe2\x80\x99ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and department heads on recruitment strategies to ensure best practices are followed and adapted on a daily basis.You should be someone who is familiar with talent mapping across the commerce and industrial space in Singapore and be equipped with the necessary skillsets and knowledge to target senior leadership within the region, understanding the fundamentals of pipelining the market and acting as the go-to person for any leadership hiring and market moves across the region.As a team leader, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead the team to new heights, knowing how to navigate through challenges and establish / maintain best practices to ensure the team are constantly growing and evolving both independently and as a group to ensure sustainable growth and collaboration.At least 8-10 years of in-house recruitment experience is necessary whilst exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
