Overall Role Objectives
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to co-ordinate recruitment strategy across the entire organisation and personally manage end-to-end recruitment for departments/roles assigned.
This role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process while delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
The position requires strong sourcing expertise, impactful shortlisting capability, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions with data and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding handover.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Talent Sourcing & Engagement
Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct effective screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Stakeholder Management
Advise hiring managers on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
Ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences through clear communication and timely updates.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Process Improvement
Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.
Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate data.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding activities through job postings, career events, and social media presence.
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Domain Skills
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search techniques.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
Administration skills.

Non-Domain Skills
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance in the local market, such as Singapore MOM regulations, CPF Act, TAFEP guidelines
Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence tools
Learning agility
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Experience hiring for technical/IT roles or niche skill sets.
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, in-house or with agencies.
