VISIONThe preferred student care center for discerning parents who want only the best for their children.MISSIONWe provide a well-rounded after-school experience that engages each pupil through learning and through play in a homely environment under the personal care of professional care-givers.VALUESCareHumilityRespectIntegritySteadfastnessTeamworkPhilosophyDewdrops provide distinctive student care for discerning parents.We are an established Student Care Centre in Joo Chiat area since 2012.Support the daily operations and schedule of the centre efficiently and effectivelyPlan the daily programmes, curriculum and activities for pupils under his/her charge in accordance to Managementxe2x80x99s philosophy and practicesMaintain a culture of care and discipline among the pupils.Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times, light cleaning to ensure environment is clean.Providing good supervision of pupils are all times during study, play, meals, recreation time within the centre and if necessary outside the centre during outdoor activitiesEstablish academic rigour for pupils under his/her chargeCoach for pupils under his/her charge in homework completion and preparations for school assessment (including spelling, tests and exams)Assist in planning and carrying out weekly craft activities, outdoor games, indoor recreation and holiday programmes together with the other staffEstablish good and regular communications with parents and provide professional customer service and supportConduct oneself in mature, professional manner at all times with colleagues and in the presence of pupils.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
