The Senior Team Manager, Business Development Representatives is an individual responsible for leading and developing a team of ~25 BDR\'s tasked with generating qualified revenue opportunities. They work with team members tasked with both \xe2\x80\x9cinbound\xe2\x80\x9d (i.e. sales inquiries from marketing campaigns, telephone calls, Web inquiries, etc.) and \xe2\x80\x9coutbound\xe2\x80\x9d (i.e. calling/emailing campaigns that originate with the team) activity.The Manager\xe2\x80\x99s role is to lead, encourage and empower the team, to set stretch targets and be accountable for reaching and exceeding them, and to lead all aspects of the regular measurement of the team and individuals against those targets. The Opportunity Generation team is often the first point of contact for the business and this individual is responsible for its performance.Responsibilities:
