Together, we're pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Purpose of this role: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Support end-users onsite and remotely to resolve IT-related issues Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues Follow established procedures to promptly respond to incident and service requests. Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring Recommend procedures and standards to improve the quality and delivery of service to customers Responsible for own IT tickets but also work together as a team to ensure IT tickets are closed on time in accordance with our SLAs and KPIs. Work effectively and independently on assigned projects Handle procurement for IT equipment and related services Required to perform administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services Ensure compliance of operations within the area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirements and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or IT-related discipline 1 to 3 years of working experience in a Regional support role Dynamic, creative, flexible and vibrant personality Ability to think out of the box and apply creatively solutions Effective interpersonal skills are crucial to maintaining good working relationships and empathy with technical and non-technical users A confident character with a strong determination to learn new things Strong Initiatives to Drive Continuous Improvements Proficient with AD, Microsoft Win10, Microsoft Office 365, IOS or Android phone and Helpdesk ticketing system Understanding of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet technology to troubleshoot network connectivity issues for both wired and wireless network connections for the users Good understanding of IT Security concepts/principles Able to communicate in the Mandarin language will be an advantagePreferred Qualifications: If you have the following experiences, it would be a plus: Experience in US or European MNC environment Experience working in Manufacturing environment will be a plus ITIL certificationWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
