Job Description
SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER/TECHNICAL OFFICER
(LOCATION : CHANGI VILLAGE / LOYANG)
As part of our Development & Maintenance (D&M) Team in our Changi/Loyang, you will report to our Operations/Resort Manager.
:
- Responsible for carry out breakdown repair & troubleshooting on all Facilities of Clubhouse including chalet units.
- Performing electrical and mechanical installation work when necessary.
- Liaise with term contractor to ensure work is properly carried out.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of facilities of Clubhouse.
- Source for quotations and prepare work orders.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
- Min NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Need to work on roster including weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge in electrical trouble-shooting on faults and failures
- Must be willing to learn new technology
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Physically fit and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment
