Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle software development projects using .NET technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Apply best practices in project management to plan, track, and deliver solutions on time and within budget. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure effective integration and delivery of project components. Oversee technical design and ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture, and performance expectations. Manage development activities using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate project issues. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to development teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in .NET technologies. At least 5 years in technical project management, leading cross-functional software development teams. Proficient in .NET Frameworks (including .NET 6 to .NET 8), ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, Entity Framework, C#, and MySQL. Good to have front-end skills: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js, Angular, and TypeScript. Exposure to developing .NET applications with AWS services (e.g., MQ, EKS, SQS, S3, RDS) is a plus. Knowledge of MS CRM will be an added advantage. Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies. * PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications preferred.
