This role will suit you best if you are responsible, with customer satisfaction as paramount objective, independent enough to work under minimum supervision & IT savvy in time of needs. Training will be provided for Physical Security Products. Senior role may be offer to suitable candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Network or SI background. Your key deliverables Responsible for providing Technical Support & Rectification on CCTV systems & Infrastructure for Customers within SLA upon escalation. Comfortable with communicating with stakeholders few levels up & down. Able to manage and coordinate with Vendors/Partners. Good time management between multiple Customer Support & handling. Responsibilities Provide 1st level phone support or 2nd level on-site support for delegated assignment Configuration of Physical Security Devices, Software & component onto host. Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Servers Environment. Able to Document Diagram and Information into CKB for Team collaboration. Independent and Responsible to follow up with Customer upon delegation. Collaborate with vendors/partners/customer for activities on ground. Works with all facets of the business and has cross functional responsibilities for IT and Management as well as external partners in making sure that the information technology infrastructure is fully operational Support and response to Ad-Hoc service jobs Skills Have hands-on experience on Microsoft Servers setup & troubleshooting Have knowledge on Enterprise Networking Minimum 2 years of IT Engineering role with hands-on experience Have knowledge of surveillance Camera is a plus (Training will be provided w/o experience) Knowledge Degree/Diploma in Information Technology Understanding of the IP CCTV marketplace and general business environment Knows the overall key business objectives and goals MCSE/CCNA is a plus
