Purpose Accountable for planning of all routine, non-routine, project, shut down, maintenance of manufacturing assets and systems. Ensure adherence of all maintenance task planning, scheduling, and liaising with user to release equipment for maintenance. Working with Supply Chain (SCM) planner for production planning with Value Stream (Bulk and Coupling) in the Site Integration Planning system for the Tuas site production and maintenance schedule in ensuring smooth operation of all production and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Monthly and Weekly Maintenance and Calibration plan.
• Deliver the Shutdown planning integrating all Projects task, Rectification works, Corrective works.
• Identify critical path of Shut down execution and resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks.
• Schedule adherence of equipment handover between TS/operations team
• Coordination with TS/VS/QC technical executive and management on vendor onsite and external services
• Host Weekly coordination meetings
• Participation in Site Strategic projects

Skills, knowledge and expertise

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in engineering discipline.
• 5 years of working experience on planning and scheduling with manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Problem Solving
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite of application especially MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical manufacture. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge on SAP system
• Knowledge on Learning Management System such as Mylearning.
• Pharma background (preferred)
