- Manage M&E works and resolve technical defects including ACMV, lift and electrical systems in the building with contractors.
- Plan and carry out annual servicing of M&E and building systems.
- Experience in air-conditioning system operation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers, AHU and FCU.
- Knowledge in building automation system and operation of the ACMV equipment and lighting systems for building from BMS (SCADA).
- Supervision and coordination with external contractors for repair works.
- Daily tasks include repair minor building defects and M&E maintenance works.
- Monitoring and supervision on routine, preventive maintenance schedules by OEM.
- Writing of technical reports.
Job Requirements
- NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical with 3-4 years experience or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ Building services with 1-2 years experience
- Ability to perform rotating shifts
