Job Description
Responsibilities:
> Lead and supervise a group of leaders/operators to ensure smooth
operations
> Achieve daily production schedules with minimal yield loss
> Motivate operational staff to achieve set targets
Requirements:
1. NITEC / ITC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discpline with minimum 2
year of experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Self-disciplined, pro-active, independent and able to work under
pressure
3. Able to communicate with all level of staff
4. Computer Literate
