Contract position for Waste Incineration Plant at Tuas South. To ensure continuous plant's availability as well as be accountable for safe, smooth, reliable and efficient operation of plant's equipment To support plant goals, objective and KPI's To assist operation team in their daily activity as a Senior Technician.Plant Operation . Ensure safety is incorporate into all activities and site safety policies and standards are followed by internal and external members. . To assist Shift Lead in fulfilling his/her responsibilities. . Monitor and keep track of operational activities being carried out. . Respond and support to call back duties to ensure smooth 24/7 plant operation and/or plant emergencies. . Ensure plant operations are performed as per SOP, manuals etc. . Support activities include but not limited to operations, frontline troubleshooting, plant start-up & shutdown and any other adhoc requests. . Execute routine equipment changeover program, maintenance activities & equipment overhaul. . Develop and review SOP's, RA, Job Aids & checklists timely. . Monitor and escalate operational consumables needs. . Enforce safety procedures in all activities. . Ensure all EHS issues and concerns are resolved and adhered timely. . Involve in regular EHS site inspections and audits. . Liaise with regulatory bodies in regards to plant activities. . Enforce all ISO, QEHS and relevant standards are adhered.Plant Optimization . Identify safety improvement and implement energy & water saving initiatives. . Assist maintenance team during maintenance. . Monitor and keep track of utilities consumptions and generate reports as and when required . Involve in Facilitate project works as well as plant improvement activities. . Suggest and execute plant improvements initiatives.Training & OJTTrain new hires on safe and reliable plant operationsRequirementsDiploma with major in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial EngineeringNITEC with major in Mechanical / Electrical /Industrial Engineering with 5 Years Incineration Plant experience)ERT & First Aid trainedConfined space trainedWorking at height trained.Singapore Certified Steam Boiler Engineer Grade 2, Boiler Attendant 1st or 2nd GradeAt least 5 years experiences in Waste to energy plant
