We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.WHAT YOU WILL DORoutine OperationResponsible for completing all assigned operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentationcompletion on modules.Meet performance metrics of the assigned operations.Participates in GMP walk down if assigned.Provides accurate information to visual boards and ensures all visual boards are updated in a timelymanner.Responsible for maintaining and ensuring good facility housekeeping.Effectively communicates during shift handover.Completed batch sheet updates, completes batch sheet reviews and checks back batch sheets whenassigned.Non Routine Operation / Campaign turnaround ActivitiesResponsible to perform OQ/PQ and support IQ when assigned.Be a backup for Production Lead & SIC after completing the required training.Responsible for approving safety permit after completing permit to approval training.Technical competence of an 02 and the additional SME knowledge in at least one of the modules.Incident, Event, Atypical and Customer Complaint InvestigationsProvides and raises effective notification for all events and atypical.Facilitate RTPS from initiation to completion or rejection.Provide technical support in the area of work.Support in data collection to assist investigations.Participates in investigation when assigned and provide inputs on preventive action.WHAT YOU MUST HAVETo be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in engineering or any relevant studies4 years of working experienceFamiliarity in manufacturing working environment and GMPWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTOpportunities across various functional group within biopharmaceutical manufacturingDiverse and dynamic team that focuses on development and success.Our Manufacturing & Supply Division is committed to be the most trusted supplier of bio-pharmaceuticals worldwide.
