Responsibilities

To set-up and maintain furnace for various heat treatment processes.
To perform degreasing, blasting, masking of parts prior to heat treatment processes.
Operate heat treatment furnace programmable controller and other heat-treatment related equipment and instrumentation.
To ensure proper update of daily production records.
To support for maintaining all plant machinery and furnaces, and keep equipment in good operating condition.
To provide effective repair solutions or diagnoses/troubleshoot faults to breakdown maintenance by incorporating all best practices and resources.
To perform preventive maintenance of heat treatment equipment and other machinery.
To schedule and perform regular furnace calibration works including temperature uniformity test and system accuracy tests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
