Carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement, in accordance to local code of practice.
Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.
Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.
