Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production machines.
• Ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance
• Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output
• Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required
• Provide technical support and guidance to Technicians, especially in troubleshooting complex issues
• Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts
• Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications
• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs, or fixtures
• Support new machines setup Perform tasks in accordance with safety procedures to ensure plant safety
• Perform data collection and recording of machine and process data on specified data logbook or record sheet
• Provide daily reports of machine issues on the specified data files and detail technical handover to next shift
• Provide both introduction and On-theJobTraining (OJT) for new/existing Technicians
• Perform evaluation/assessment of Technicians\xe2\x80\x99 knowledge after training Ensure all processes/activities (for e.g. PM, troubleshooting method, etc.) carried out by all
• Technicians are consistent and comply with approved procedures and meet quality standards
• Suggest areas of improvement based on current line condition/troubleshooting experience
• Assist and support R&D and/or project teams in new machines setup, improvement, studies, and qualification run Assist spare parts management and update
