Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the production machines.
Ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance
Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output
Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required
Provide technical support and guidance to Technicians, especially in troubleshooting complex issues
Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts
Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications
Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs, or fixtures
