* Work Location: East (Company's transport at Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT stations) * Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:45pm Monday to Friday * Basic salary up to S$ 4,300 + AWS +VB Our cl Work Location: East (Company's transport at Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT stations) Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:45pm Monday to Friday Basic salary up to S$ 4,300 + AWS +VB Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries. s: Provide competitive, top-quality pricing/quotations in response to Network rate requests, RFQ/RFI/RFP received from Company overseas offices, strategic key accounts and key identified small and medium accounts enabling business wins Respond to rates quotation request from network offices for Air and Ocean Freight Deliver compliant and competitive pricing solutions within the agreed timeframe, following the established tender management guidelines Network Pricing Handle daily Network/Pricing requests received from overseas network offices Ensure compliance with Tender desk processes and guidelines Respond and assist on quotation requests related to Air and Ocean Freight services Work closely with procurement team to provide competitive quotations/ renegotiate as required Provide accurate, complete and timely responses to requesting parties Support to maintain a pricing database of current transportation rates as a benchmarking tool for bids Maintain bid log and bidding results RFQ Pricing Support RFQ/ Tender request from Regional and Country Tender Desk team Review and understand RFQ requirements, rate card structure, operational requirements, terms and conditions Work with Account team, procurement and Regional tender team to review opportunity and deliver competitive and quality proposals Support monthly tender data records updates and follow up on progress of submitted tenders Ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions and areas in the organization Candidate with relevant bid and tender management skills and experiences will be consider for Senior Executive position Other task assigned by Tender Desk Manager Job Responsibilities Diploma/Bachelor degree or above Minimum 2 years of experience in freight pricing, and minimum 3 years in Transportation / Logistics industry Excellent analytical, planning and numeric skills Advance skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Work under pressure with sometimes very tight deadline Functional experience in freight forwarding Pricing and market knowledge of Singapore market Ability to interpret company's strategy and transfer into proposals and bids and uncover new opportunities HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on 'Apply Now' to submit your resume.
