Senior Test Analyst (Software Automated Testing) - Fintech, Singapore 158Base Location: Singapore (Citizen OR PR)Test Analysis - Automated Testing - Banking Solutions / Payments / Capital Markets - Mandarin Speaker - For our client: Fintech Global Leader - Immediate Hire - Excellent Financial Remuneration and Bonus Structure - SingaporeThe Senior Test Analyst will be part of the fintech development team involving consulting services on software development, operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

• Understand Business Requirements, Technical Requirements, and Functional Specs documents.
• Understand Test Case Design for the technology change.
• Lead testing activities per the test strategy and test plan including controlling and managing daily test activities.
• Perform Exploratory Test Case execution.
• Performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings.
• Develop, Perform, and Maintain Test Case automation for identified modules
• Provide internal quality assurance and report defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution.
• Assist in improving testing processes.
• Lead engagements at client sites.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma holder in IT or related fields.
• 7 to 10 years of software testing/QA experience with recent automation testing experience on the below

• API automation test tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, Cucumber)
• UI automation (Selenium)
• Mandatory native or professional level Mandarin speaker to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin speaking region.
• Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management.
• Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries.
• Expertise in at least one object-oriented language.
• Experience in leading testing activities
• Experience in implementing and driving change
• Excellent interpersonal skills with hands-on experience in collaborating with teams on strategic project / test direction, process improvement, and sharing of best practices.
