Job Summary:

• 5.5 days\' work week
• Salary up to S$5,000
• Locations - West, near Upper Jurong Road (nearest MRT Pioneer)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with Sales and Purchase order management and invoicing.
• Support department operations (filing, data entry, organize documents).
• Coordinate with clients and trading staff on sales and purchase orders fulfillment status .
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee and motivate team members.
• Providing support to department on various matters when required.

Job Requirement:

• Prior Trade admin support experience is advantageous
• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
