Summary:
As the Pricing Executive, you will be reporting to the Trade Manager, and will be responsible for overall commercial activities of your assigned service(s) from Asia with target to maximize revenue, liftings and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

Trade Management

• Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and allocation prepared by the Head Office and then take necessary actions
• Monitor and analyze Agents\' weekly vessel profile and weekly performance
• Assist the Trade Manager in overall commercial activities of your assigned service
• Prepare and maintain of trade reports on weekly basis
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies

Pricing

• Assist both Regional and Head Offices in establishing pricing policy for Asia to your assigned area
• Handle pricing and local tenders responses for defined services and Asia areas

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration;
• Around 1 - 2 years working experience in the maritime / logistics / freight forwarding industry;
• Good market knowledge and computer skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and customer oriented
