Senior/ Trade Operations Specialist (contract Management & Trade Support)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- In-charge of overall commodities trade operations and contract management function
- Provide support in deal structuring to traders
- Prepare and review trade contract documents including freight contracts & contract memos
- Liaise between traders, operations, legal department on all contract matters
- Liaise with cross departments and counterparties on contract negotiation and operations team
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of all matters related to letter of credit and insurance documentation
- Perform daily reconciliation of trades with Market Risk / Middle Office
- Maintain reporting tools for trade monitoring and trade related activities
- Assist to prepare and maintain trade related spreadsheets and data
- Proactively foresee and highlight the opportunities and risk/exposure
- Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor of International Business Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of contract management experience in commodities trading/ dry bulk, preferably in Metallurgical Coal, Metallurgical Coke, and Iron Ore
- Knowledge of Incoterms and International trade
- Good knowledge of Letter of Credit \xef\xbb\xbf
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
