Summary of the Role
The Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role drives excellence for HR processes and provides feedback to COE departments to identify and improve HR programs.
Provides input into the design of global compensation and benefits programs. Responsible for the implementation of global and local compensation and benefits programs in country/region, partnering with Global COEs & People Services (including HRIS). This role works closely with a network of peers at other manufacturing sites. Accountable for the administration and compliance of all mandatory regulations, benefits programs and for country/region audits of HR programs. The HR Operations Manager should implement / administer programs to deliver best HR practices and a successful employee experience across for the site.
