Sephora Singapore is looking to hire a Senior Training Executive to develop and deliver training programs to ensure the highest level of client experience, product, selling skills training and education to the retail team of Sephora. The Senior Training Executive will report to the Training Manager of Sephora Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Training
Develop and deliver training programs ranging from product and category knowledge, technical skills, client service, selling skills training to new hire orientation
Design and develop workshops to support new seasonal launches for in house brand
Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback
Design and develop course materials
Upkeep and adapt changes to training program and course materials
Ensure the training needs are met and in-line with business plan and strategy
Develop and conduct regular assessments to determine training effectiveness, and identify measures to improve training efficiencies and close gaps
Evaluate and follow up on training plans in consultation with Retail Operations
Training Administrative, Coordinating & Organizing
Manage and maintain SephoraaEUR(TM)s Learning Management System
Plan and coordinate Sephora offsite training and workshops
Plan and communicate training schedule
Liaise with retail team and brand partners on training schedule
Build and maintain successful relationships with Sephora retail team
Administer training, reports, records and claims
We would like to hear from you if you possess/areaEUR
At least 3 years of training experience in the beauty industry with priority given to skincare expertise
Able to conduct training sessions in various formats such as classroom training, virtual training, in-store training, personal coaching session
WSQ Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong time management skills
Able to handle pressure well
