Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Senior HR Executive/ Senior Human Resource Executive
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.18 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Review, formulate, implement & maintain HR Policies & Procedures
- Administer Performance Appraisal Management System
- Administering the overall payroll process
- Recruitment and selection of staff
- Administrating of Training Needs Analysis of employees
- Any other duties that are tasked by the HR & Admin Head of Department from time to time.
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in Human Resource
- Must possess skills on MOM Work Pass Applications and application of Govt Paid Leaves
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
