Conduct in-house technical training programs for workshop technical staff (classroom & on-site) * Conduct training & assessment using e-learning tools * Review, design and develop in " hou Conduct in-house technical training programs for workshop technical staff (classroom & on-site) Conduct training & assessment using e-learning tools Review, design and develop in ' house training programs Set and conduct tests for upgrading and re-grading of workshop staff Co-ordinate company-wide certified On-the-Job training (OJT) Conduct workshop site visit to evaluate training effectiveness Liaise with SBUs on training-related matters Assist in inventory control Oversea the safety & cleanliness of the Centre Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of tools & equipment Any other duties as assigned from time to time Requirements: Diploma or Nitec in Automotive Technology ACTA / ACLP certified Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge & skills in automotive technology Knowledge in IT processes (Learning Management System & Articulate Storyline Software) Familiar with MS Office
