Our brand portfolio includes PriceBreaker, Accolade, and Cruise Arena.

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to provide a smooth travel experience for our corporate Client. You will be part of a team of Travel Consultants dedicated on-site at Bukit Merah to service our Client.

Responsibilities

• Handle business travel requests, including air, hotel, car and rail. Flight bookings will range from simple point-to-point to complex multi-cities.
• Ensure that reservations are aligned with the Client\xe2\x80\x99s travel policy and be proactive in optimising the Client\xe2\x80\x99s travel spend.
• Provide insightful travel advisory.
• Handle any amendments, cancellations, schedule changes and disruptions, communicating the implication of each change to the Client in a professional manner.
• Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with the Client.

• Possess knowledge of fares and ticketing. Able to analyse fares and routing alternatives to present the best options to the Client.
• Experience in making flight reservations using Sabre.
• Knowledge of other travel products including hotels, car transfer and rail would be a bonus.
• Good geographical and fare knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive team player with good communications skills.

• Minimum 5 years of corporate travel experience.
• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality.
