Senior Treasury Manager (real Estate/infrastructure)

The Company
Excellent opportunity to join a market leader in real estate industry as Senior Treasury Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee the treasury function for the business including analysis of financials, monitoring cashflow, loan covenant, processes and controls, preparation of annual budgets and forecasts of investments. You will also be responsible for the implementation of FX and interest rate hedging strategies as well as liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders in evaluating and negotiating finance and refinancing options.
This is a highly visible role with the organization and you will have the opportunity to work closely with investment, asset management teams, external advisors and lenders.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in treasury management
- Prior exposure in acquisition and divestment activities
- Exposure in FX and interest rate hedging strategies will be ideal
- Prior team management exposure
