The primary purpose of this role is to support business in Treasury topics of the related countries.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support centralisation of the treasury function at a regional level (Asia Pacific and Middle East).
Provide guidance to local finance teams on treasury related matters.
Partner effectively across functional teams to drive key Treasury initiatives and cross-functional projects involving Treasury.
Contribute to IS projects to optimize cash management processes and tools.
Implementation of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), supporting the key TMS users.
Leading internal control processes covering Treasury operations across the region, participating in internal audit reviews.
Regular review and optimization of the company\'s financial result.
Manage short and midterm cash flow forecast across the region.
Secure Foreign Exchange risk of the companies via:
- Analysis and forecasting of the Forex exposure - Development of Forex hedging strategies - Execution of the Forex hedging through partner banks.
Share key market developments and updates with business and finance teams.
Perform Monthly/Quarterly review of the hedging effectiveness.
Manage Dividend flows across the region.
Manage bank relationships at local/regional level.
Ensure regular Treasury reporting.
Manage ad hoc Treasury projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6
The following technical skills and experience:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification
5 to 7 years related work experience in Treasury function in a global company, with a strong focus on FX risk, cash and liquidity management.
In-depth knowledge of Treasury products and processes, including funding, cash management, FX.
Strong knowledge of the FX markets, FX analysis and Bloomberg trading platform - FX GO.
Strong knowledge and implementation experience of Kyriba (Treasury Management System).
Prior regional experience and exposure to China is a plus.
