The program looks to transform our sales & marketing approach, to unlock new revenue opportunities and to support our top-line growth ambition. The target CRM solution will be a core frontline platform that will have over 8000 users and will be a central tool used by the Client coverage and product sales teams in a range of CRM processes (for example Account Planning, Contact Management, Call Reports, Deal Management and Client Analytics). The platform supports stakeholders across CCIB segments, with product groups Lending, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets. Role holder will also connect with the wider design team in CCIB ensuring the latest UI/UX standards across the bank are adhered to. Key responsibilities Role holder needs to be familiar with human centred design methodology, such as mental model diagrams, journey maps, jobs-to-be-done, and comfortable supporting workshops with a team. Must be able to structure your time and be capable of taking the initiative. The delivery responsibilities span research, prototyping, testing, wireframes all the way to UI design where there is a need to engage with engineering teams to help them understand and build the designs. There is no need to be able to code, but it will help to have understanding and have familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Will be responsible to: Define and own the specific UI/UX design principles for the CRM product across desktop and mobile channels, whilst also ensuring principles aligns to the wider SCB CCIB design principles. Participate in UX activities including UX Research, UX and UI Design, and DesignOps Strategy. Design prototypes to test and conduct testing and validation with them. Leverage our visual UI component assets from a standard component library. Meet with people in the Bank to understand the business context of the work we do and understand how they think and work to better design experiences which support their activities. Work closely with engineering teams throughout the design process and support them as they execute your designs. Additional responsibilities Support change management team in designing material and assets to engage and communicate with our key stakeholders, including designing e-mail broadcast communications, short video clips, and branding logos - all in line with the overall UI of the platform. Represent business development division from a UI/UX point of view and participate in the CCIB designer's communities of practice. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years relevant experience and case studies demonstrating clear process and results. Experience running projects where you have taken research data, used it to build and test a prototype, then designed the wireframes and then the UI, and worked with an engineering team to build and deliver it. Prior experience with a CRM platform, ideally experience in a vendor solution delivery, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 or windows based products. Degree in a relevant design discipline such as product, graphic or communications design. Experienced with designing products across various channels including web based and mobile apps. A passion for creating products and services that resonate emotionally with people. A proven ability to solve problems and make balanced judgments / decisions are essential to this role. Experienced on working with a vendor product and making the design decisions on what we need to configure vs what's worth customising. Some experience with graphic design is preferred to support creation of branding material and assets. Role Specific Technical Competencies UX Research - Qualitative and Quantitative. Strong influencing and communication skills - oral, written and presentation. Proven ability to solve problems and make balanced judgments / decisions are essential to this role. Strong understanding of visual elements (Layout, Type, Fonts). Knowledge of engineering principles and front-end engineering terminology to facilitate communication with engineering teams. Design prototypes to test and conduct testing and validation with them. UX Design - wireframes, screen flow diagrams. UI Design - leverage our existing UI components when creating new designs. Team player, multi-culturally aware with proven success working in global roles. Experience with design standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Axure, Adobe, and others.
