Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That\xe2\x80\x99s what makes us Roche.The Senior Utilities Engineer will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in utilities systems, providing engineering expertise to sustain supply of critical utilities for GMP operations, through close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.The OpportunityMaintain the asset life cycle management of utilities systems, to sustain safe and reliable supply of critical utilities to users.Establish and maintain operation procedures, maintenance programs and service contracts to ensure maximum equipment uptime, and compliance with regulatory and budgetary requirements.Establish critical part list and effective inventory level to support operation and maintenance of utilities systems.Serve as Utilities SME in support of routine operations, maintenance works, regulatory inspections, local and network intiatives. Review utilites logsheets, work orders and KPIs for compliance with quality requirements and opportunity for continuous improvement.Lead Utilities operation and maintenance team in troubleshooting of utilities systems, deviation response, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, through change management process, to reduce waste, strengthen compliance and improve reliability of utilities systems.Partner Project Team in site expansion and other adhoc projects to incorporate operability and maintainability requirements of utilities systems in asset design.Who you areYou will have at least 5 years of related working experience with a Degree in Chemical Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalentExtensive experience in the operating and maintenance experience of plant utilities system especially HVAC system, steam generation, process gases, purified water system, water for injection system and waste water treatment system.A self-starter, with the passion to collaborate with different stakeholders to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement to meet the organizational goals.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
