Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders, product development team and technical development team to define and implement innovative solutions and experiences for the product.
• Executing interface designs from concept to prototyping to final hand-off to the technical development team
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements and transforming complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
• Conducting user research, benchmarking, usability testing and evaluating user feedback
• Suggesting, planning and executing UX activities
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards
  

• Must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Digital Design, Human-computer Interaction, User Experience / Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX related fields including minimum of 2 years in supervisory role.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how you arrived at them with proven experience in defining user experiences across multiple mediums
• Proficient in user interface execution as well as user research methodologies
• Good knowledge of the design processes
• Ability to work independently, as well as a good team player.
• Ability to articulate design rationales, defend design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma. Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD will be an added advantage.
• Experience in design guidelines or design language systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail, with a can-do attitude
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
