Job Description

Our client is a global company headquartered in Singapore. The successful candidate will have solid experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in creating intuitive user experiences for web, mobile apps, and touchscreen applications. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centered approach are key. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead usability testing, and mentor junior designers to enhance the overall user experience.Responsibilities:

• Ability to ideate, create and improve the user experiences for our robots, web, mobile app, touchscreen applications rapidly
• Find creative solutions for UX problems
• Understand product specifications and user robot psychology
• Support, advocate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on all aspects of user centered design such as information architecture, analysis, user research, interaction and navigation

• Design and have the ability to communicate ideas through sleek wireframes, sketches, screen/user flows, prototypes, user journeys and design specifications
• Create UX design guidelines for organization to align
• Mentor and lead junior designers on the team and lead usability testing, design sprints and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in design/engineering or IT related
• 3 or more years of UI/UX industry experience
• Highly proficient in Figma/Sketch, Miro, Adobe Suites or other UX/design tools
• Amazing design portfolio of web, mobile applications or products
• Experienced and undergone design process cycle from concept to production
• Solid attention to details and understanding of user centered design principles and process
• Experienced and able to work in an agile environment
• Creative, imaginative and a sense of humor
• Startup mentality with the ability to learn fast and jump in when needed to expand the role is a huge plus

Great To Haves:

• Coding experience and knowledge of bringing designs to life or actual product
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Love robots
