These insights inform our Portfolio Management team\'s underwriting decisions and price adjustment recommendations for listings. They also assist Real Estate Consultants in matching the expectations of sellers and buyers.As a (Senior) Valuations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of valuations. On a day-to-day basis, you will assign tasks to Valuations Analysts, review and approve the valuations they produce, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, collaborate with Portfolio Managers, and elevate the expertise of your team.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valuation Production: By managing a team, you are responsible for the delivery of 250+ desktop valuations (no site visits except landed properties) per month for Propseller\xe2\x80\x99s Portfolios Managers and Real Estate Consultants.
• Innovation: You lead Propseller\xe2\x80\x99s valuation practice and, together with other department heads, come up with improved analysis methodologies and/or process improvements that increase the accuracy and production speed of our valuations.
• Team Leadership: You are responsible for growing the Valuation team of 5-8 headcount over the next 12 months, by hiring externally and by developing some of the best interns into permanent team members.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree;
• Experience in the Valuation and Advisory in real estate;
• Experience or interest in people management;
• Strong understanding of and passion for the local residential market;
• Interest in bringing sophisticated real estate science to the average consumer;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionables;
• Advanced MS-Excel / G-Sheet skill;
• Leadership potential to lead a team of Valuations Analysts;
• Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to collaborate with a large team;
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, and a constant learner mindset;
• Perfectionist mindset with very strong attention to detail.
