Senior Valuer/Valuer Key Duties & Responsibilities * Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore. * Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner Senior Valuer/Valuer Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore. Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports Develop and maintain a network of contacts important for general business development Prepare and make all necessary due diligence required for valuation of properties Work closely with the other members of the valuation team to service clients with a high standard of professionalism Requirements Degree / Diploma in Real Estate Member of SISV and Appraiser's Licence will be prefered 1 - 5 years' Real Estate valuation experience Bilingual Independent and team player Candidates who possess the qualification but without relevant experience are welcome to apply Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the position of valuer.
