Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead project team in key areas of Business Development / Design / Supervision / Management for a wide range of projects.

2. Business Development

\xc2\xb7 Build and nurture client relationships

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Marketing/ Project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports

\xc2\xb7 Provide good and effective customer service to new and existing clients

\xc2\xb7 Undertake key role of establishing contacts and presenting architectural designs to clients.

\xc2\xb7 Be involved in business development meetings to strategise and target specific markets, clients and project opportunities.

3. Lead and develop DESIGN Team

\xc2\xb7 Lead a team in architectural design competitions.

\xc2\xb7 Lead design preparation and presentations, ensure that product is of high standards.

\xc2\xb7 Form a design team which focuses on producing high standards designs.

\xc2\xb7 Train younger designers on design skills and presentation technique.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Architecture Studios in architectural design, especially during BD stage and for design competitions.

\xc2\xb7 When necessary, make overseas trips to present to or work with clients.

4. Contract Administration

\xc2\xb7 Contract administration of construction projects to ensure that project is built according

to design intent and in compliance with building codes.

\xc2\xb7 Take charge of numerous projects at any given time.

\xc2\xb7 Take on the role of PD (Project Director) and be in charge of project P&L and resource planning, and be accountable to SVP and Management for project performance.

\xc2\xb7 Possibly take on the role of QP (Qualified Person), SO (Superintending Officer)

and SO\xe2\x80\x99s Rep, etc.
