\xe2\x80\x8bWe are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to drive Projects.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Technology based in Singapore, you will provide leadership and technology solutions specializing in Enterprise Technology; covering HR and communication functions.

As the lead, you will be partnering closely with the various function leaders to design, implement and lead a technology roadmap strategy for the business.

You will advise senior leaders on technology trends and establish digital strategy as a business-technology conduit, and establish systems that facilitate data analytics. You will also manage a portfolio of projects and develop a digital project portfolio and manage the IT development and operation risk.

You will also be responsible for managing portfolio of projects and developing a digital project portfolio and roll-out plans

To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s degree
- More than 15 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
(a) Understanding HR systems.
(b) Track record in managing Technological and Operational processes across functions and departments
(c) Experience in owning and enhancing workflows/processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
