Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/Value-Added Service (VAS) activities based on customer's volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre. Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team. Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly. Decision making based on analytical data. Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time. Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets. Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field A hands-on person with min. 2 years of supervisory experience and people management Experience in managing and leading a team required
