Job Description

• 
  Our client is a well-known Japanese Manufacturing company that manufactures electrical components. They are looking for a Senior/Accounts Executive to support their business activities. You will be handling a full set of accounts and GL.
  
  For this position, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90What you will be doing\xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Perform General Ledger accounting
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities
  • Handle computation and GST reporting
  • Handle local statutory and tax obligations
  • Manage accounts payable /accounts receivable function and liaise with vendors/ customers
  • Make yearly expense budget required by the head office
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

• Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in accounting or similar qualifications or a certified accountant.
  • Around 3-5 years of working experience in full sets of accounting and finance
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables & other functions)
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Singapore accounting processes.
  • Understand & Comply with Singapore Companies Act. Cap 50 and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting system
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

• Working Hour

  8:30 ~ 17:30
