Job Description


What the role is:We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Analytics and Technology Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data and technology to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance overall organizational performance.What you will be working on:(a) HR Data Analytics Compile HR metrics and data from various sources including HR system, employee surveys and MOM statistics. Adopt best practices in data governance, perform data cleansing and pre-processing of data to facilitate meaningful analysis. Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy, integrity and security of HR data. Utilize analytics techniques to extract and present meaningful insights from HR data which can be translated into recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives and support workforce planning efforts. Partner with other stakeholders (e.g., IT) to enhance data extraction and analytics capabilities to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization. (b) Technology & Integration Lead efforts in evaluation of existing HR systems and processes, and identify opportunities for enhancement or integration of technology into existing processes. Collaborate with HR officers to define requirements, conduct market research and select best-fit solutions that meet the different process needs. Oversee the implementation of new HR technologies, managing project timeline, budget and resources effectively. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency. Develop and implement change management strategies to promote user adoption and maximise the value of HR technology investments. Provide training, support and resources to empower users to leverage new tools effectively. Establish and maintain effective relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers. Manage vendor contracts, performance and service levels to ensure quality, reliability and value for money.What we are looking for:

  • Experience in HR data analytics, including data visualization and statistical analysis. Experience leading HR technology transformation initiatives in complex organisational environments. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
