Our Client
Our client is a prominent research organisation in South East Asia. Due to ongoing growth across all areas of endeavours they are currently looking to expand their HR teams in Singapore.
Role Overview
Reporting to the CHRO you will lead HR Center of Excellence for HR Analytics and Transformation. You will direct the team in supporting the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s endeavour to transform digitally from a people system perspective. You will develop diagnostic toolkits (e.g. dashboards for businesses to decipher various HR metrics), systems and programs that will help Human Resources present data points that will help business stakeholders make important organisational decisions.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with more than 15 years of work experience, of which 5 to 8 years in a people manager capacity handling HR analytical projects / assignments, and is adept at managing stakeholder engagement across all levels.
