Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit processes for specialists, non-specialists, and visiting medical professionals.
Manage the planning and approval processes for clinical training applications, sponsorships, and honorarium arrangements.
Handle approvals within the HR system and support the planning activities of the roster management team.
Maintain and track training hours, credentialing, and privileging requirements essential for continued medical practice.
Facilitate the onboarding and departure procedures for foreign clinical fellows.
Provide operational support for clinical activities, including tracking worklists, ensuring follow-ups, and assisting with audits.
Prepare reports on medical manpower, training, sponsorships, and productivity for senior leaders such as the Head of Department, Clinical Director, and Head of Operations and Planning.
Plan and coordinate departmental clinical workshops and events.
Manage general office administrative duties such as maintaining the staff directory and asset inventory.

Preferably a university degree.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
Solid understanding of clinical, hospital, and regulatory processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and processes.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
