Job PurposeResponsibilitiesSupport development and implementation of sourcing and procurement strategies, including Category Management Plans where applicableLead sourcing activities in relation to category and stakeholder requirementsDevelop content management strategy for designated categoriesTo manage the procurement of hardware, software, and services in support for IT (Information Technology), OT (Operation Technology), Power System, Communication System.To manage procurement of assigned categories (inventoried, non-inventoried and services) as required in support of the business unitTo act as the business partner for the Project business unit by understanding needs and ensure their requirements are reflected in tendersTo develop system support requirements and tools in support of vendor and contract management.Conduct and report on analysis of expected vs. actual outcomes ensuring service levels are met and assisting the business in ensuring service level issues are remediated.Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering discipline or relevant field. Relevant logistics or procurement certification is an advantage.
• 2-4 years related experience in a, relevant IT/OT, Power/ Communication Engineering or Procurement Sourcing role.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Ability to accurately read, interpret, develop and negotiate Procurement deals.
• Expert negotiation/influencing skills with demonstrated ability to influence negotiated outcomes required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
• Proven ability to plan and perform and have been involved in technical work presenting new or regularly changing problems, work from broad instruction, deal with complex factors not easily evaluated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective vendor, business partner, and regulatory relationships, influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required.
• Proven ability to review, monitor, and recommend amendments to contracts and implement business processes to manage against contractual obligations required.
• Experience with contractual law, international trade law, financial institution regulatory requirements and risk management expectations related to outsourcing and vendor management is an advantage.
• Work experience in the public transport industry would be an advantage.
• Ariba, SAP knowledge (MM modules) is an advantage.
