Senior/Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)Job Summary:- Assist in executing and managing FM services, particularly mechanical engineering services- Ensure standards of maintenance services by vendors and outsourced providers- Review and participate in site acceptance testing and commissioning activities- Plan operation set up, develop processes, and implement maintenance plans- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage maintenance agents, and audit performance standards- Coordinate improvement projects and provide advisory support to the maintenance teamRequirements:- (Entry Level) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- Prior experience in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems is advantageous- Experience in building services and facilities operation, improvement projects, and healthcare setting is desirable- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate- Creative, proactive, and problem-solving attitudeInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
