THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the semiconductor industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Senior/Engineer, R&D Mechatronics to join their team in Singapore.
THE ROLE
The Senior/Engineer, R&D Mechatronics is responsible for:
- Be responsible for identifying customer requirements for teams (mechanic, electronic, software, etc.)
- Handle the experiment to identify suitable system and machine.
- Min 3 years in R&D Mechatronic Engineering in any equipment builder.
- Experience in equipment development, troubleshooting, and customer management.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in mechatronics, hardware & software.
