Senior/Executive, Fare System Assurance
Job Purpose
Reports to the Fare System Manager, the Fare System Assurance Executive is responsible in supporting system security and system assurance of the public transport Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The incumbent shall work with the team on activities related System Assurance & Planning, Change Management, Data Management and System Compliance (cyber-security) and End-User System Support (System Defects & Process Management).
Responsibilities
- Support internal/external system audit activities
- Working with first line maintenance for issues and reporting
- Supervising data management team for data back-up, recovery & housekeeping
- Coordinating with external parties (PTO, TL, LTA) & internal parties related to Fare System matters
- Managing Fare System user access control and administration
- Managing system change management and implementation
- Managing documentation and compliance records
- System investigation & data analysis
- Learn and master technical and system aspects of Fare System
- Prepare reports and presentation for management reporting
- Other ad-hoc work assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree preferably in Computer Science/Security/Networking
- Exposure in field related to cyber-security/networking/SDLC/Database are preferred
- Proficient Microsoft office - Excel, Powerpoint
- Able to work nightshift / off-revenue hours during testing and system implementation
- Strong communication, writing, negotiation & project coordination skills
- Able to multi-tasks , manage expectations and timeline
