Job Purpose

The Trains HR Shared Services Executive (HRSS Executive) is the central point of contact with the business units for providing support in all HR topics. Successful HRSS Executive will render qualified consulting advise to build trusting relationship with internal HRBPS and employees providing HR operations support to them.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR policy interpretation and day to day employee guidance to the HR operations matters.
• Documenting and formulating HR processes for better efficiency.
• Administering Contracts and Workpasses Renewals.
• Administering salary/allowance/incentives for our employees.
• Administering HR data changes for our employees in SAP System.
• Prepare HR Operational reports and data analysis.
• Undertake audits and initiatives to ensure HR risk and governance.
• Formulate and cascade internal employee communication using infographics.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree with preferably 1-2 years of hands-on HR and administrative experience.
• A team-player with good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Meticulous and well-organised in your work.
• Resourceful, pro-active, and willing to handle a wide variety of HR operations tasks.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or mid-career candidates with tertiary education are also welcomed to apply if you are keen to explore HR as a career.
