Responsibilities:
Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect
Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters
Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures
Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partner
Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space
Conduct periodic market research, trends analysis and prepare market synopsis
Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan and implement an appropriate tenancy mix for the assets, working closely with Asset Managers to maximize building occupancy and revenue
Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
Understand asset profitability and contribute to a solution to improve upon this whilst meeting tenant occupational need
Build networking channels with tenants and agents, conduct sales calls and translate leads to deal closures
Plan, initiate, build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
Be overall \xe2\x80\x9cBrand Ambassador\xe2\x80\x9d to enhance brand equity
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate and possessing at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
You should have an extensive network of contacts and a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
